| TASK ORDER PRICING TEMPLATE (TOPT) -SPECIFIED RESOURCES (SR)-TASK CATEGORY A - (AERO STRUCTURAL | This template is required from the Prime Offeror only. It is used for pricing the Government specified level of resources. This template calculates the estimated price (cost and profit) to perform the Government specified resource requirements per the RFP instructions, by Contract Year, and in total for all Contract Years. Additionally, it is used to identify certain components used by the Offeror in developing its proposed price for the level of resources identified by the Government -- specifically the Offeror's team composite fully burdened labor rates. The template is automated and only requires the Offeror to provide the source data for the areas shaded in yellow. Since the total price of the effort is for the Prime Offeror's entire team (e.g., the Prime Offeror and all subcontractors) the Prime Offeror must coordinate and communicate with its team members since this template requires data from both the Prime Contractor and all subcontractors. |

| SMALL BUSINESS SET- ASIDE ONLY | INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS |
| TOPT-SR - TASK CATEGORY B - (AERO MECHANICAL SYSTEMS) | This template is required from the Prime Offeror only. |
