About this file
This file is a Task Description Document (TDD) template for the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) Small Business Program (SBP). The template is designed to guide small business concerns (SBCs) in documenting task descriptions for proposals submitted under the SBIR/STTR program. As a template document, it does not specify particular products or services required, nor does it contain substantive procurement details such as response dates, award dates, pricing terms, or set-asides. Instead, it provides a structured framework that proposers must complete to describe their proposed research and development activities, technical approach, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements. The template supports proposals addressing ARPA-H mission needs through the Small Business Innovation Research and Small Business Technology Transfer programs, which are administered by the Department of Health and Human Services National Institutes of Health. Proposers utilizing this template should refer to the primary solicitation document (SBIR_STTR_BAA_FY26) for specific deadline dates, evaluation criteria, and other contractual requirements governing Stage 1 and Stage 2 submissions.
