Referee assignments of up to five hours are compensated at a maximum rate of $200 per hour, capped at $1,000 per assignment, with potential Division subsidies available if funds permit. Extended referee services beyond the five-hour limit continue at $200 per hour with mutual party agreement. Arbitration hearings are priced at $300 per hour total ($150 per party), with no Division subsidies provided for arbitration. Monetary awards are capped at $1,500, and attorney's fees are not permissible.
