16. Per Amendment 0001, in Factor 1 we are required to provide projects with a final preferred contract cost of $6,000,000 to $15,000,000. When the government says that value is “preferred,” will we be evaluated less favorably if projects are valued under $6,000,000?

Answer: See Amendment Language
20. To better mimic anticipated projects to be proposed for this NMACC, can the Government expand the requirement of "new construction (at least two (2) projects) of waterfront structures" to also encompass construction projects consisting of renovation on waterfront projects that are relevant in size, scope, and complexity? The RFP was revised for the Large Business RFP. Please consider for the Small Business
RFP.
Answer: See amendment language adding renoviation

Answer: See Amendment Language
22. There appears to be issues with Attachment B. It is not user friendly as it is very difficult to enter data or edit. For example, in Block 7 of Attachment B.2, when entering the data, the lines block the information. The lines cannot be removed. Also, in Block 10 and others, marking the type of work in the square is outside the square. These issues are prevalent throughout Attachment B.
Can a new Attachment B be provided which is user friendly and data can be entered easily?
Answer: See Amendment Language
23. Attachment B.1 states to list no more than seven (7) projects. If there is teaming, can 7 projects be listed for each teaming member? Or is there a limit of just 7 total projects. Due to the geographical area involved there could be several teaming efforts.
Answer: Factor 1 states the total number of projects for Construction Experience is 7 and the total number of projects for Design Experience is 7. See the paragraphs under Factor 1 titled SUBCONTRACTORS for more information
