About this file
This document provides details on the USCG National Multiple Award Construction Contract III (NMACC III). The NMACC III is an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity construction contract seeking contractors to perform general construction, marine construction, renovation, alteration and repair projects across the United States, Puerto Rico, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands. The contract will have three distinct pools, including an unrestricted pool and two small business pools for the east and west regions. The contract term will be for one base year and nine option years. The solicitation is expected to utilize best value tradeoff source selection procedures and will evaluate offerors based on corporate experience, technical approach, past performance, safety, and technical solutions. Pricing will be evaluated for the proposed first task order.

FDCC | USCG COMMAND
• Mission: FDCC is the only USCG Command dedicated to executing new shore facilities construction and major recapitalization projects. A field command of SILC, FDCC delivers the CG’s capital facility requirements through the execution of the major appropriations for shore infrastructure.
• History: FDCC LANT and FDCC PAC were formed in 1983. The two units consolidated into a single command in 2009 under modernization efforts, but office locations remain in Norfolk and Seattle.
