About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document for United States Coast Guard (USCG) solicitation 70Z03826QS0000014, with responses provided on August 31, 2026. The document addresses contractor inquiries regarding the solicitation requirements and does not specify required products or services, contract vehicles, pricing terms, or award details.
The single question addresses delivery and scheduling logistics for equipment (a lift) required under the solicitation. The contractor inquired whether early Friday evening delivery, Saturday work, and Sunday pickup would be permissible. The USCG response clarifies that deliveries arriving prior to Saturday morning cannot be accommodated within the secure perimeter, and any early deliveries remain the sole responsibility and risk of the Contractor. This response establishes a constraint on delivery timing and allocates risk for non-compliant delivery schedules to the contractor.
