Evaluation Factors

Volume 4 Factor 4, Past Performance Evaluation 26 of 106

For past performance evaluation purposes, can the Government please define how many many employees and how many labor categories are considered to be very relevant with respect to an offeror's "Experience in staffing a large and diverse number of employees which can successfully deliver a large volume of services."

The Government will not provide a specific number of employees or labor categories.

For purposes of evaluating an offeror’s past performance the Government will assess its level of confidence that a contractor will successfully perform the requirements by reviewing the contractor’s past‐performance data from recent and relevant Government contracts or programs which are similar to the RFP’s requirements and in accordance with the RFP’s stated evaluation criteria.
