About this file

This file is a deliverable schedule template in spreadsheet format for a Labor Hour solicitation for Level II Armed Guard Security Services.

The solicitation (70FBR427R00000001) is issued by the Federal Emergency Management Agency Region 4 to procure armed guard security services supporting the Long Term Recovery Office (LTRO) in Lake Mary and Fort Myers, Florida, in response to Disaster Declaration DR4834 FL. The RFP represents Amendment 0003, dated October 29, 2026, which updated evaluation factors for award and incorporated additional vendor questions and answers (Questions 31-59). The question submission deadline was October 29, 2026 at 2:30 p.m. Eastern Time, with proposals due November 4, 2026 at 2:30 p.m. Eastern Time. Technical inquiries should be directed to Mimie Preston (mimie.preston@fema.dhs.gov) or Betty Phillips (betty.phillips@fema.dhs.gov). This is a labor hour contract type, meaning compensation is based on hourly rates for security personnel rather than fixed prices. The attachment serves as a template document for contractors to present their proposed deliverable schedule aligned with the government's performance requirements for armed security services at the specified locations.
