Register of Wage Determinations Under the Service Contract Act
This document is a Register of Wage Determinations issued by the U.S. Department of Labor Employment Standards Administration Wage and Hour Division. It establishes prevailing wage rates for service contract employees in Florida's Orange, Osceola, and Seminole Counties under Wage Determination No. 2015-4553 (Revision 35, effective 8/22/2026).
The wage determination covers over 150 occupational classifications across multiple service categories, including administrative support, accounting, customer service, data entry, facilities maintenance, food preparation, healthcare, information technology, transportation, and miscellaneous occupations. Hourly rates range from $14.73 to $48.63 depending on classification and experience level. The determination includes fringe benefits of $5.92 per hour (Health & Welfare up to 40 hours weekly or $236.80 per week), and specifies additional benefits such as two weeks paid vacation after one year of service, eleven paid holidays annually, and various differentials for hazardous work (4-8 percent), night shift premiums, and Sunday work bonuses. Uniform allowances of $1.35 per week are required where uniforms are mandated. Computer employees and certain specialized positions (air traffic controllers, weather observers) have footnoted exceptions to the standard classifications. The determination applies to all federal service contracts awarded in the designated area on or after January 1, 2015, and requires contractor compliance with paid sick leave provisions under Executive Orders 13706 and 13658.
