About this file
This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) log for the Yellowstone National Park Rescue Creek Bridge project (Project No.: MT ERFO NP YELL 2022-1(3)). The log contains six technical questions from potential contractors regarding site access, parking, bid bond validity, steel erection certification requirements, rub rail specifications, and approach railing materials. The National Park Service (NPS) provides responses, with most answers directing bidders to follow the existing solicitation documents. Key details include: the project site is currently closed to vehicular traffic but open to pedestrian access, entrance fees will be waived for contractors performing site reviews, and parking will be available just outside the closure barricade. The Q&A log is dated between 8/14/2025 and 8/19/2025, with some questions to be addressed in future amendments.
