About this file
This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) file for the Yellowstone National Park Rescue Creek Bridge project (Project No.: MT ERFO NP YELL 2022-1(3)). The Q&A addresses two key inquiries from potential contractors regarding site access and parking during the bidding process. The roadway is currently closed to vehicular traffic due to flood damage, but pedestrian access is available, with the project location approximately 0.6 miles from the vehicular traffic closure point. The National Park Service will waive entrance fees for contractors performing site reviews and advises parking just outside the closure barricade past the entrance station, ensuring emergency access remains unobstructed.
