About this file

This document is a General Technical Question and Answer (Q&A) form for a federal infrastructure project titled "Repair Storm Damage on Mora Road" with Project No. WA NP OLYM 115(1). The document contains two questions related to project documentation and vendor access, with responses from the government agency.

The first question addresses a missing Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) from SAM.gov, which the agency confirms has been uploaded to the solicitation attachments. The second question inquires about a plan holders list, to which the government responds that bidders can obtain the registered vendors list from SAM.gov after linking their entity to their registration. For vendors experiencing issues accessing the Interested Vendors List, the agency recommends obtaining the Contract Opportunities Administrator role or contacting the Federal Service Desk at 866-606-8220 for assistance.

2 X We just wanted to check and see if there was a plan holders list for this project.

The Government does not provide this since bidders may obtain the registered vendors list (aka planholders list) from sam.gov after linking their entity to their registration. If you are signed into SAM.gov with your registered entity and you cannot see the Interested Vendors List, you will need to be assigned the Contract Opportunities Administrator role for your entity in SAM.gov.

If you need additional assistance, you can reach the Federal Service Desk at 866-606- 8220 or https://www.fsd.gov/gsafsd_sp?id=gsa_ind ex.
