About this file

This request for proposal solicits proposals for contractor logistics support of the AN/TMQ-53 Tactical Meteorological Observing System. The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center seeks proposals by August 17, 2020 to provide a five-year base ordering period and one-year option for contractor logistics support of 225 systems. Support includes maintenance, repairs, engineering, and management. Pricing is requested on a firm fixed-price basis for transition phases, contractor logistics support by year and quantity, spare parts by part number, and labor rates by category. The solicitation is set aside for small businesses with a size standard of $16.5 million in annual receipts performing professional, scientific, and technical services. The resulting contract will have ordering periods of five years base with a one-year option and a six-month option to extend performance only.

All Best Estimated Quantities (BEQs) provided in these sheets are for evaluation purposes only; the Government is not bound to purchase these amounts.

CLIN 0001 - The contractor shall fill in the overall price for the Transition Phase-In effort, inclusive of all labor, material, indirect rates, profit, and any other costs necessary to perform the requirements of this CLIN, as stated in the PWS in Section 5.1.

CLIN 0004 - The contractor shall fill in the Unit Price for performing CLS per system per month for each fiscal year and quantity (i.e. $10,000 for the first system in FY21, $500 for systems 2-100 in FY21, $11,000 for the first system in FY22, $600 for systems 2-100 in FY22, etc.) listed, inclusive of all labor, material, indirect rates, profit, and any other costs necessary to perform the requirements of this CLIN, as stated in the PWS in Sections 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10.
