This is a total small business set-aside for which the assessed NAICS code is 541990 with a size standard of $16.5M annual receipts. The potential award is an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract with a five year base period and one year option, as well as a six month performance extension option. Funding will be provided via delivery orders rather than at time of contract award.

Instructions: Please clarify the roles and responsibilities of each team member’s participation in your proposal for the TMOS CLS solicitation FA8730-20-R-0050 by typing the name of each participating company in the appropriate column in the table above. Then indicate, by percentage of total contract dollar value, how much each team member will contribute towards each section. The total effort for each section must total 100%. For the overall effort column, this would be for the total contract effort, with the applicable percentages for the contractor and subcontractors. Contractors not participating in a particular section will not be evaluated for that section. Also include the Business Size, Cage Code, and DUNS Number for each as per the headings in the table.
