About this file

This is a Buy American Certificate form (FAR 52.225-2, October 2022 version) that serves as a template for offerors to certify compliance with Buy American requirements in federal procurements. The form is not specific to a particular solicitation but rather a standard compliance document used across federal contracting.

The certificate requires offerors to certify that all end products are domestic unless listed otherwise, and to separately identify any foreign end products along with their country of origin and domestic content percentages (exceeding 55 percent where applicable). Offerors must also list line item numbers for domestic end products containing critical components as defined in the associated "Buy American-Supplies" clause. The form includes blank tables for offerors to list foreign end products by line item number and to identify domestic products with critical components, allowing flexibility for various procurement scopes. Government evaluation of offers submitted with this certificate will follow Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 25 policies and procedures regarding domestic content requirements.
