About this file
This document is a water sampling and flushing record keeping template to be included as an attachment to work orders for the Murphy Federal Records Center in Waltham, Massachusetts. The template requires technicians to record date, time, building zone, and location for each water sampling and flushing activity. For each point of use, technicians must note whether the water source is hot, cold, or both and record pre-flush and post-flush chlorine concentrations as well as final hot water temperature. Zones and maximum hot water temperature will be determined in the contractor's water sampling and flushing plan. Multiple pages are included to allow for recording of sampling and flushing data across all zones in the facility. The related federal contract opportunity is a solicitation amendment issued by the General Services Administration for operations and maintenance services at the Murphy Federal Records Center.
