About this file
This amendment modifies a solicitation for a design-build project to replace the fire alarm and emergency communication system at two federal buildings in Concord, New Hampshire. The project involves removing the existing Simplex fire alarm system and installing a new integrated analog addressable voice evacuation fire alarm system that complies with NFPA 72 and PBS-P100 requirements. The amendment incorporates Simplex alarm reports, adds evaluation of option pricing to the total price, clarifies the buildings as the James C. Cleveland Federal Building and Warren B. Rudman Federal Courthouse, allows use of existing conduit if cable fill requirements are met, and modifies response requirements and other minor solicitation details. Offerors must acknowledge this amendment by the specified date and time or risk rejection of their offer.
