About this file
This is a Pricing Worksheet template for Task Order #1 under an IDIQ (Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity) contract for IOTA (Integrated Operational Transition Assessment) services at the St. Louis Veterans Affairs Medical Center New Bed Tower project. The worksheet is designed to capture labor rates and hours across three contract periods: Period 1 (01/21/2027–01/20/2028), Period 2 (01/21/2028–01/20/2029), and Period 3 (01/21/2029–04/20/2029).
The base task order pricing covers CLIN 0001 (IOTA Services), which includes PWS Task 7.1 (Project Management Services) valued at $194,625.00 total across all periods. The pricing worksheet identifies three labor categories with specified hours and fully burdened rates: Program Manager (Activation) at $100/$125/$140 per hour (75 total hours, $9,125.00); Senior Designer at $150/$175/$180 per hour (300 total hours, $50,500.00); and Senior Transition Planner at $200/$225/$250 per hour (600 total hours, $135,000.00). Offerors must designate personnel as either Prime or Subcontractor and provide eight years of fully burdened labor rates for all proposed categories, which become locked into the IDIQ for future task order pricing. The worksheet notes that CLIN 0002 (Travel) will be added by the Government and should not be included in contractor quotes. Tasks 7.2 and 7.3 are greyed out with no pricing required in the base period.
