Project Number: 656-16-277
Project Title: Relocate Rehab Functions
Description of Work: Work shall include, but shall not be limited to providing all labor, materials, equipment, etc. necessary to relocate rehabilitation functions and restore specific features that were deducted as deduct alternates in construction of the Rehabilitation Center minor project (Building 116). The design includes fully designed spaces for functions such as Speech Therapy, Adult Daily Living, Psychologist, Low Vision and other rehabilitation and clinical functions, and the Occupational Therapy clinic and charting areas, which were constructed as only shell space in the minor project. These areas are to be completed per the original design, from the existing shell space conditions, as part of this project. The design also includes other items deducted, including an outside walking area, which will need to be adjusted and differ in layout from the original design. This NRM moves those functions into the space identified for them in the minor project (approximately 4,500SF) and creates swing space in Building 51 basement (approximately 4,500SF).
Durations of Work: 200 calendar days
