SITE VISIT NOTES

RFP #36C26120R0007

Installation of Anti-Ligature Door Top Alarms

1. No questions will be answered during this site visit. Please submit any questions on the solicitation RFI form to megan.barr@va.gov. Please DO NOT include anyone else on your RFI emails.

2. Megan Barr, NCO 21 Contracting Officer, and Kevin Brun, COR, are facilitating the site visit. They will NOT answer any questions. No e-mails or phone calls should be made directly to them. They are ONLY helping with the physical walk through of the project site.

3. We do not intend to conduct discussions. If you are missing anything or make any mistakes, you may be eliminated from award. Please insure your bid bond does not contain any errors or omissions on the SF 24 (commercial bid bonds not acceptable).

4. Please remember that this is a 100% SDVOSB set aside. Limitations on subcontracting apply, see VAAR 852.219-10. A “similarly situated entity” is another VIP-verified SDVOSB.

6. Proposals must be submitted on time. Please note that we need to receive your proposal by the due date/time. In some instances, we have experienced a 30-minute delay from time of submission to time of receipt.

7. E-mailed proposals by the due date and time are acceptable. Hard copy bid bonds must be mailed to Megan Barr at 975 Kirman Avenue, Reno, NV 89502 within three (3) business days of the proposal due date and time.

Site visit sign in sheet, this word document, and answers to RFIs will be posted in an amendment.
