About this file

This document is a completion report for electrical work studies and related maintenance services dated October 1, 2024. Section 1 covers electrical distribution equipment including low-voltage switchgear, dry-type transformers rated ≥300kVA, medium-voltage air and SF6 switches, circuit breakers, protective relays, motor control systems, underground medium-voltage cables, connectors, and uninterruptible power supply systems. The report documents the completion status of multiple control panels and switchboards, identifying several discrepancies including two 20A breakers labeled as spare but energized (numbers 4 & 6 in the 120/208V 1DLLA panel), two 20G breakers that are OFF when they should be ON for emergency DHW service (numbers 13 & 15 in the 120/208V 1DCLA panel), unlabeled energized breakers in switchboards numbered L28568105 and L88568106, and unlabeled spare breakers in the 120/208V 1DNLB panel (positions 10, 19-27). All items A-K were completed on 10/1/24 by electrician Israel Guzman (License #572850).

Section 2 addresses emergency standby power generation and mission-critical electrical systems, including replacement of Diesel Engine Driven Generators (DEDG) ISO8528 #1 and #2 completed September 20, 2024, with generator battery/charger system verification confirming good standing. Items c-g are classified as non-critical, with recommended maintenance due by February 2025. Work was performed by technicians Adan Ramirez, Francisco Fastruita, and Oscar Lechuga from Element Electrical Contractors LLC (License #37109, Contact: 915-478-6965, Address: 4886 Hercules Ave Ste D, El Paso, TX 79924). Section 3 documents the photovoltaic solar panel system with 529.2 kW total production capacity, noting that Sunny Tripower inverters #13 and #14 were faulty and have been corrected, with all system components now operating properly including combiners, disconnects, and DC voltage production.
