The purpose of this amendment is to answer questions received regarding this solicitation as well as to extend the response date. The response date of this solicitation is now extended to Thursday, August 11, 2022 at 1PM CST. Below are the responses to questions received:

1. Regarding CLINs 1005, 2005, 3005, 4005: Requesting that the government advise what the purpose of these CLINS are and how to calculate pricing. Disregard CLINS 1005, 2005, 3005 and 4005. If there is an increase cost per option year include in the total pricing.

2. Regarding the tracer TU software: Will the facility provide the laptop and all required security software on that computer, or is that expect to be provided by the contractor? Yes, the government will provide the computer for the software.

3. Regarding the cooling tower tasks: What is the SOW for cooling tower cleaning? Is disinfection required? If disinfection is required, please confirm the disinfection procedures. Is the contractor required to clean the sump pumps or any other associated areas? Cleaning of the cooling tower will be by the contractor. Contractor can used chemical or pressure washing. Contractor will be required to clean the sumps and pumps and other associated equipment.

4. Will the government provide a deficiency assessment period after the contract is awarded? No

5. Will the government cover the cost of the deficiencies found in the deficiency assessment period? No

6. Can the government provide a list of known deficiencies? There are no know deficiencies.
