About this file
This document is a Request for Information (RFI) related to a federal contract opportunity to expand the first floor B-1 for PACT at the Department of Veterans Affairs Northern Indiana Health Care System campus in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The RFI provides responses to questions from potential offerors to clarify the scope of work, schedule, and procurement details. It specifies a response deadline of seven days prior to the bid date in late August/early September 2020. The RFI responses indicate that the time required for VA inspection and space turnover between project phases will depend on final walkthroughs and punch list completion, and that the standard timeframe for RFI responses and submittal reviews is seven to ten calendar days. Clarification is also provided that supplemental sheets should be referenced for details about what would be removed under Alternate I if Alternate A is accepted. The related federal contract opportunity is for solicitation number 36C25020B0004 for this expansion project managed by the VA Veterans Health Administration VISN 10.
