There are multiple current requirements for masking due to COVID-19. The below are the state and county requirements that need to be complied with by staff, contractors and vendors.
• Indiana o Executive Order 20-37: Effective 7/27/2020 – Face Masks required for next 30 days.
o Executive Order 20-36 limiting size of gatherings to under 250 people
• Marion County o Masks are required indoors except when home or POV o Masks required outdoors when social distancing is impossible

• Bars closed again
Additionally, the facility has requirements to follow. They are mandatory and generally consistent and include:
1. Masking is required 100% of the time in the facility in public spaces.
2. Masking is required in offices if multiple people in the office.
3. Contractors and vendors are required to wear masks 100% of the time in the building with the only exception being in a construction zone behind ICRA barriers. There they should maintain social distancing and should wear masks if social distancing can’t be maintained.
4. Masking is required when entering and exiting the building. So, should be worn while going to/from vehicles.
5. Health considerations are able to be factored in when working in hot conditions.
Please make sure all contractors and vendors are aware of the requirements. It is up to us to monitor and enforce compliance. If issues arise, don’t hesitate to bring those issues to the attention of the contractors, vendors, contracting officer and supervisors.
