1.3 STATEMENT OF BID ITEM(S)

A. BID ITEM NO. 1:

The project requires closure at existing wall and stairwell openings around the perimeter of exterior garage walls on all levels. Closure has been previously provided on the P2 Parking Garage, Independence, and new work at the deck openings is to generally match that design of square tubular frame with wire mesh. Unclimbable wire mesh panels will be installed on the top levels of the parking decks. The closure of the curved “bullnose” landings of the stair towers will be accomplished with EIFS on metal stud walls. The work includes garages P1 and P3 on the western portion of the site as described by the drawings and specifications.
