About this file
This document includes a solicitation amendment and related federal contract opportunity. The solicitation amendment provides updates to an existing solicitation for design-build services to replace eight air handling units at the West Palm Beach Veterans Affairs Medical Center. Key details include changing the NAICS code from 238220 to 236220, replacing the technical proposal requirements, identifying subcontractors valued over $250,000, and clarifying evaluation factors. The related federal contract opportunity pre-solicitation notice describes design-build services for replacing eight air handling units between $2-5 million in value. Interested firms must register in SAM.gov as this requirement is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. The amended solicitation and any questions are due by specified dates in 2021, with award anticipated thereafter.
