I know that RFIs are due on 9/30 but considering we only have the 65% design set of documents, will there be another opportunity for RFIs once the 100% bid docs are released in October? Any feedback you can give me on this will be appreciated.

The 100% Final bid documents are forthcoming via an amendment, anticipated to be issued on October 13, 2026 due to 10/12/25 being a federal holiday. A second, two-week period for pre-bid RFIs has been accounted for in the procurement schedule and will take place from

10/12/26 thru 10/23/26. However, as noted in the SF

1442 request for proposal, Offerors are strongly encouraged to begin preparation of their Technical

Proposal in advance of receiving the 100% Final CDs and to submit any administrative or technical pre-bid

RFIs sooner rather than later. THE DATE AND TIME
