About this file

This document is a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Janitorial and Cafeteria Services issued by the U.S. Embassy in Mexico City for solicitation number 19MX5325R0005. The procurement seeks a contractor to provide janitorial services at the New Embassy Compound and four nearby locations in Mexico City, along with a concessions agreement for cafeteria services. The contract will be a single award firm-fixed price contract for regular janitorial services, an indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity contract for temporary additional janitorial services (payable in Mexican Pesos), and a zero-cost Concessions Agreement for cafeteria services.

Key submission details include a pre-proposal conference and site visit scheduled for March 27-28, 2025, with proposal submissions due by July 9, 2025, at 17:00 hours. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database and submit comprehensive documentation including general documentation, price proposal, technical proposal, and financial statements. The U.S. Government intends to award the contract to the responsible company submitting the lowest acceptable offer, potentially without further discussions, though they reserve the right to hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if necessary.
