About this file
This addendum to a geotechnical investigation report provides an updated site plan and revised dimensions for proposed features at the South Bay International Wastewater Treatment Plant in San Ysidro, California. The report was prepared for the U.S. International Boundary and Water Commission for a project with a solicitation number of 191BWC24R0001. The addendum presents a revised site plan showing features such as equalization tanks with a capacity of 3.75 million gallons, sedimentation tanks, effluent channels, and access roads. It also clarifies that the capacity of the equalization tanks is 3.75 million gallons rather than the 3.5 million gallons stated in the original February 2015 report. This addendum should be incorporated along with the original geotechnical investigation report from February 2015 in all future submittals for the South Bay International Wastewater Treatment Plant expansion project.
