Quality Control

QUESTION: 01 00 00 – General Requirements - calls for Quality Control (QC) to be the responsibility of the General Contractor through their Superintendent. Attachment J-10 -Key Personnel Requirements – denotes a separate Quality Control Manager with no other duties.
