About this file
This is a Submittals section (01 33 00) from the GVIC Fish Screen Rehabilitation project specifications that details the requirements and procedures for contractor submittals. The document establishes two types of submittals: Approval submittals that require Government approval and Informational submittals that require Government acknowledgment but not approval.
The document includes comprehensive submittal requirements covering drawings, product data, certifications, manuals, and samples. Key specifications include: drawings must be D-size (22"x34") in AutoCAD 2018 or later format; submittals must be in English with US Customary Units; electronic submittals must be in PDF format; and submittal review will take up to 14 days unless otherwise specified. The document contains an extensive table listing all required submittals with their RSN (Required Submittal Number), due dates, responsible parties (CO or COR), and number of required copies. Major submittal categories include safety programs, pollution prevention plans, construction schedules, concrete work documentation, electrical systems data, and equipment specifications for items like gates, actuators, and water supply systems.
