Solicitation No: 140R2020R0009 Specifications No. 20-C0907
Item Description
Road Paving Existing roadway paving along multiple Tulare County roads and State Highway 190 will require demolition and disposal for construction of the roadway canal siphons and pipeline crossings. See the C-200 series Contract Drawings for further requirements and limits of pavement removal.
Reservoir Lining Existing irrigation water reservoirs in conflict with the new canal construction will require demolition and disposal of the reservoir lining (concrete and PVC) and perimeter fencing. See the canal plan and profile drawings for further requirements and locations of existing reservoirs in conflict with the work.
Irrigation Pipelines Irrigation pipelines and other buried utilities in conflict with construction will require demolition and disposal of existing pipe material and capping of existing irrigation systems if necessary. See the canal plan and profile drawings for further requirements and locations of known existing pipelines.
Small Irrigation Structures Miscellaneous small concrete irrigation structures such as ditch headwalls, vaults, and ditch lining will require demolition and disposal of the concrete materials and appurtenances such as perimeter fencing.

Barns Multiple agricultural timber storage barns with sheet metal roofing, located on the south side of the 15 acre Contractor staging area (Fletcher Property) located west of Road 192 near Station 5836+00 may require demolition and disposal should the Contractor choose to use this area for staging and storage. See Contract Drawing G-13 for further details and requirements.
