Transmittal Letter for Government Sources to Accompany Past Performance Questionnaire

SUBJECT: Past Performance Questionnaire for Contract(s) .
1. We are currently responding to the National Park Service – ConOps Strategic Request for Proposal (RFP) # 140PS124R0003, for the procurement of the SEKI Hazardous Tree Mitigation. This RFP is being conducted as a Tradeoff Source Selection and specifically requires that we, as an offeror, do the following:
The offeror shall send out -- and track the completion of -- the Past Performance Questionnaire to each of the offeror’s, teaming contractors’ and/or joint venture members’ Points of Contact (POCs). The responsibility to send out the Past Performance Questionnaires rests solely with the offeror - i.e., it shall not be delegated to any teaming contractors, and/or joint venture members. The completed Past Performance Questionnaire shall be submitted directly to the Government not later than 12:00p Eastern Standard Time on Friday, June 21st, 2024. Each of the offeror’s POCs must submit its completed Past Performance Questionnaire electronically.
Exchanges of source selection information between government and questionnaire respondents will be controlled by the Contracting Officer. Email will be used to transmit such information and must include “Source Selection Information – See FAR 2.101 and 3.104” in the subject line of the email.
Completed questionnaires should be submitted to the buyer, Ronald Hilliard, at ronald_hilliard@nps.gov.
