About this file
This document is an Attachment detailing building descriptions for a fire suppression system installation project at Fort Vancouver National Historic Site (NHS). The solicitation covers four buildings with varying requirements: CLIN 1 includes Buildings 722 (2,030 sq. ft. office building) and 704 (1,310 sq. ft. office building), both occupied and with archaeological sensitivity requiring limited ground disturbance. Bid Options include Building 733 (2,550 sq. ft. Quartermaster Storehouse) and Building 721 (11,030 sq. ft. unoccupied gymnasium/auditorium), each with specific fire service stub and fire alarm system connection requirements. The project involves installing fire sprinkler systems with careful consideration of existing building constraints, archaeological preservation, and tenant occupancy, with specific instructions for pipe routing, riser locations, and fire alarm system integration across multiple historic structures.
