About this file

This document is a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the YOSE 196416 Rehabilitate El Portal Wastewater Treatment Facility and Administrative Camp project in Yosemite National Park, El Portal, California. The work involves rehabilitating the 45-year-old El Portal wastewater treatment facility, which is the largest in the National Park Service and serves Yosemite Valley, El Portal, and surrounding communities. The project will replace aging and undersized infrastructure, including the electrical system, to improve treatment processes, operations, and maintenance. Additionally, the former El Portal Trailer Village (Administrative Camp) will be rehabilitated to provide RV sites for construction workforce housing and a contractor staging area. The National Park Service is the procuring agency. Proposals are being solicited with an unspecified award date.
