The specification details requirements for structural steel framing, metal roof and wall panels, thermal insulation, personnel doors and frames, windows, and accessories.

The document outlines specific performance requirements including delegated design responsibilities, structural performance criteria, thermal movements, and fire resistance ratings. Key technical requirements include: insulated roof panels must be 42 inches wide by 4 inches thick with R-35.0 thermal value, exterior panel gauge of 22, and PVDF coating finish with 30-year warranty; wall panels must be 36 inches wide by 2 inches thick with R-17.5 thermal value; and construction must meet FM Global Class 1A-160 wind/fire rating and UL 90 wind uplift rating. The specification provides detailed installation requirements for all components and mandates field quality control inspections by a qualified special inspector. The manufacturer must be accredited under IAS AC472 standards and provide comprehensive engineering analysis and shop drawings sealed by a professional engineer.
