1297023R0007 National Geospatial Services Q&A #4

1. Item Regarding past performance for 12970223R0007; would task orders under a parents contract (on-going parent contract has been performed for longer than 1 year) be eligible for the PPQs?

For example, our task order supported the parent contract for only 8 months – therefore less than 1 year allotted on the PPQ – however this task order has supported a contract that has a performance history of well over a year.

A: PPQ is based on your company or a subcontractor of your company, if performance was for 8 months and the work has been completed, then unfortunately you would not be able to use that as an example.

2. When describing the requirements for Technical Subfactor 5, D.2 states, “Only resumes and organizational charts/staffing plan may be included in this appendix.” Would an offeror be disqualified for including resumes or resume-like information, such as bios, on the Support Staff personnel (Senior GIS Analyst, GIS Analyst, etc.) listed in PWS Section 5?

A: Including bios and resume-like documents in the appendix would not be seen as a disqualification provided offeror fits all information inside of the page limitation set forth.

3. Can the organizational chart/staffing plan be provided on pages larger than 8.5” x 11”? For example, would it be acceptable to use 11” x 17” landscape orientation pages to increase readability?

A: 8.5 x11 should be utilized the Government can utilize the zoom function if need be.
