About this file
This document is an amendment to a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Green Base Work Center (Pittman Valley Helibase) Office Replacement Project. The amendment extends the deadline to August 15, 2023 at 1:00 pm PT, provides responses to Requests for Information (RFIs), and attaches additional documents such as a site visit sign-in sheet, wage determinations, and technical specifications.
The project consists of constructing a new office building under 5,000 square feet, installing a new septic system, and connecting utilities at the site in Williams, Arizona. The existing office building will be demolished once the new one is completed. This is a firm fixed-price contract with a small business set-aside. Award will be made using a best value trade-off process evaluating both technical and price factors. A site visit was held on July 9, 2024. Questions were due by July 16, 2024, and proposals are due by August 15, 2023 at 1:00 pm PT. The project has an estimated value between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 and is being procured by the USDA Forest Service Southwestern Region.
