About this file

This is a Past Performance Information Sheet template and instruction document for the KC-46 Landing Gear Performance Based Logistics (PBL) solicitation SPRHA1-26-R-4646. The document provides guidance for offerors submitting past performance information as part of their proposal response to the Defense Logistics Agency Aviation (DLA Aviation).

The template requires offerors to submit one completed form per relevant contract or program, detailing company information, program title, contract specifics (including contracting agency, contract number, role, type, original and current dollar values, and period of performance), primary customer points of contact (Program Manager/Technical POC, Contracting Officer, and Administrative POC), unique technical considerations, key personnel proposed for the instant acquisition, a brief program description, and relevancy to three technical sub-factors: Remanufacture Capability and Capacity, Exchange Lead Time (ELT, Shipsets), and Remanufacture Turn Around Time (RTAT, Sub-Components). Submissions must be limited per Section L instructions, and relevancy will be evaluated based on how similar work on prior contracts aligns with the KC-46 Landing Gear PBL requirements, which involve remanufacture and overhaul support for all KC-46 Landing Gear Depot Level Repairables including shipsets and field-level replaceable subcomponents. The RFP is anticipated to be active from February 11, 2026 through July 28, 2026, with a 5-year basic period and 5-year option period not to exceed 10 years total, as a single-award small business set-aside.

Instructions

This Instruction Sheet describes the information to be provided when submitting contracts for your Past Performance Volume. You will provide the information requested in this form for each contract/program being described. Comments shall be frank and concise regarding your performance on the contracts you identify.
