About this file

This is a Past Performance Questionnaire for the KC-46 Landing Gear Performance Based Logistics (PBL) contract solicitation SPRHA1-26-R-4646. The questionnaire is designed to evaluate contractor performance history and will weigh heavily on the award decision. Responses should be submitted to Kyle Swaner at kyle.swaner@us.af.mil or (385) 591-8732 and will be treated as source selection sensitive information.

The questionnaire assesses contractor performance across three technical factor sub-categories: Remanufacture Capability and Capacity (767 LG MRO services, equipment and sub-component sourcing, lead time adherence, forecasting and cost management, quality deficiencies, and engineering oversight); Exchange Lead Time/Shipsets (turn time performance, subcontractor management, customer responsiveness, and risk management); and Remanufacture Turn Around Time for sub-components (on-time delivery, logistics support and warehousing, and order processing). Additional general questions address organizational structure integration, teaming partners, and similar contracted efforts. Respondents rate performance using four-level codes: Acceptable (A), Unacceptable (U), Not Applicable (NA), or Unable to Assess (UTA). The questionnaire requires identifying information including contractor name, CAGE code, contract number, period of performance, negotiated and estimated contract values, and contact details for the person completing the assessment.
