About this file

This document is a technical specification section for Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Data for the Vaults 60, 87 & ET Structural Repair and Grating Replacement project by KUB (Knoxville Utilities Board). The specification provides comprehensive guidelines for preparing, submitting, and documenting operation and maintenance information for equipment, systems, materials, and finishes. It outlines detailed requirements for product data, including manufacturer information, installation instructions, operating procedures, maintenance requirements, and recommended spare parts.

The specification includes standardized forms such as a Maintenance Summary Form and a Lubricant List, which contractors must complete to document equipment details, maintenance operations, frequencies, and recommended lubricants. The document specifies that O&M data must be submitted at specific stages of the project, including preliminary submissions before equipment shipment and final submissions prior to system field testing or final inspection. The forms are designed to provide a comprehensive reference for future maintenance, including equipment specifications, manufacturer contact information, maintenance frequencies, and recommended spare parts inventory.
