About this file
This document is a Bidder's Qualifications form from Knoxville Utilities Board (KUB) for a project involving Vaults 60, 87 & ET Structural Repair and Grating Replacement. The document outlines specific "Go/No-Go" evaluation criteria that bidders must meet to be considered for the contract. Bidders are required to demonstrate their qualifications by providing documentation of two previously completed similar jobs, including project details, owner information, and contact information. Additionally, bidders must prove they have constructed temporary platforms or scaffolding at least three times in the past three years.
The qualification requirements are designed to ensure that the selected bidder has the necessary experience, personnel, equipment, tools, and resources to successfully complete the project. KUB reserves the right to determine bidder responsibility and to issue a Notice of Award to the lowest bidder who meets all the specified criteria. The document is dated and revised on 05/01/23, with a placeholder for the actual bid date in 2025, indicating this is part of a formal bidding process for a specific infrastructure repair and replacement project.
