UNSPSC 86131701: Vehicle driving schools services

UNSPSC 86131701 Vehicle driving schools services is a Commodity code. The recent state and local opportunities posted under this code show a profound mismatch: none of the solicitations actually involve vehicle driving schools or driver training services. Instead, school districts and state agencies across Texas, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, Michigan, Arkansas, Oregon, Arizona, New Mexico, and Kentucky are procuring special education services—speech-language pathology, occupational therapy, physical therapy, educational diagnosticians, special education teachers, behavioral consultants, school nursing, sign language interpretation, and clinical social work. A small subset includes enrichment programs (STEAM), workforce development services, and one virtual learning platform. The code's nominal scope—vehicle driving schools—does not appear in any of the posted opportunities, nor does any related professional driver training appear; the single reference to commercial driver license training comes from the California Department of Motor Vehicles, which sits outside state and local school or municipal procurement.

Because the recent-opportunities block contains no examples of actual vehicle driving school services being procured by state or local government entities, and the opportunities tagged to this code are plainly unrelated to its nominal scope, the code shows no relevant recent activity for business development professionals pursuing vehicle driving school contracts with public bodies. The mismatch suggests either a data-tagging error in the state and local procurement systems or systematic disuse of this code for its intended purpose in the jurisdictions currently active in the dataset.
