The RFQ places work at multiple City facilities throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area. Aviation Department supplemental terms reference Phoenix Sky Harbor, Deer Valley, and Goodyear airports and impose a Sensitive Security Information acknowledgement under 49 C.F.R. Parts 15 and 1520, a heat safety plan for outdoor workers, E-Verify participation, FAA rules for unmanned aircraft operations, and airspace height restrictions.
The initial term is three years from on or about December 1, 2026, with two one-year extensions exercisable at the City's sole discretion. Prices are firm and fixed for the first year, and annual increases are permitted on written requests submitted with 60 days' notice and supporting documentation.
