Respondents must provide pricing based on a fixed markup over the Oil Price Information Service (OPIS) index and meet insurance and bonding requirements as part of their proposals.
The RFP includes a 10% small business set-aside, and the incumbent supplier is noted in the documents. Funding for the contract will be provided through state and local government budgets, with a total estimated annual value of $8 million. Respondents must provide a W-9 tax form and are required to provide assistance with the Omnitech and Veeder Root fuel monitoring and pumping systems within 20 minutes of notification of a system failure.
