About this opportunity

Modifications encompass wheelchair ramps, ceiling track installation, stair lifts, residential elevators, grab bars, doorway widening, bathroom and kitchen accessibility modifications, bedroom adaptations, exterior accessibility features, roofing, and general construction. Successful applicants will be placed on a master list and invited to bid on individual projects on a case-by-case basis; no guarantee of contract awards or minimum work volume is provided.

The maximum term for the qualified contractor list is five years, with reapplication permitted if the RFQ remains open.
