UNSPSC 72111103: New condominium construction service

The building of newcondominiumbuildings owned by others

UNSPSC 72111103 New condominium construction service is a Commodity code. State and local governments are not currently soliciting new condominium construction under this code. The recent opportunities block shows no active condo-development procurements. Instead, the opportunities tagged to this code span renovation and rehabilitation of existing residential units, single-family home reconstruction following disaster, institutional facility upgrades, commercial roofing and building envelope work, and fire-damage repair—all repair or alteration activity rather than new condominium development. The code's nominal scope and the work state and local buyers are actually contracting for show no meaningful overlap.

Activity over the past six weeks has centered on Escambia County (Florida), Seminole County (Florida), Collier County (Florida), Orange County (Florida), and scattered Texas and Oregon jurisdictions executing rehabilitation, renovation, and reconstruction contracts for single-family homes, institutional facilities, and public structures, primarily under CDBG, SHIP, and state capital-improvement funding. If your firm pursues new residential construction or condominium development at the state and local level, this code does not reflect current procurement demand and is not a productive focus area at present.
