Financial statements for the last two years, conflict of interest disclosures, E-Verify compliance confirmation, drug-free workplace certification, and various federal and state compliance certifications must be submitted with proposals. The Aviation Authority intends a non-exclusive agreement with the highest-ranked respondent(s) and reserves the right to reject all responses, cancel awards, or award any portion of services subject to funding availability; the estimated project value is listed as TBD with compensation to be determined on a task order basis structured as lump sum fees, hourly rates, per diem rates, or not-to-exceed reimbursable fees.
