The contract is federally funded through FAA Airport Improvement Program (AIP) funds and subject to comprehensive federal compliance provisions. Proof of insurability is required, including Commercial General Liability ($1,000,000 to $5,000,000 per occurrence), Professional Liability ($1,000,000 minimum), Workers' Compensation at statutory limits, and Employers' Liability ($500,000 to $1,000,000 per accident). The estimated project value is listed as TBD, with compensation to be determined on a task order basis structured as lump sum fees, hourly rates, per diem rates, or not-to-exceed reimbursable fees. The Aviation Authority intends a non-exclusive agreement with the highest-ranked respondent(s) and reserves the right to reject all responses or cancel awards subject to funding availability.
