Upon award, the contractor must provide performance and payment bonds totaling 100 percent and 110 percent of the contract price, respectively. Both locations are funded with SPLOST funds and must comply with state, federal, and local statutes and regulations. Pricing proposals must be submitted in Exhibit G, broken down by design services, water suppression system installation/labor, alternates, and contingency (10 percent). All bids remain firm for 60 days from opening. Questions are due June 18, 2026 at 4:00 PM EDT.
